Who handles your information
NextDescent LLC, doing business as SKUHarbor, handles information for this website, product support and order administration. Contact support@skuharbor.biz or write to 160 S US Hwy 1792, Longwood, FL 32750. Lemon Squeezy provides checkout and digital delivery; HostGator provides website hosting. Calculators and local files
The free website calculator processes the values you enter in your browser. The downloadable HTML toolkit calculates on your device. Its Save Project feature downloads a file, and Open Project reads the local file you select. The workbook stores your inputs in your spreadsheet file. This site and the toolkit do not include code that sends your calculator inputs or saved projects to SKUHarbor. If you email files or screenshots to support, those materials become part of your support request. Your browser, operating system and backup services may handle local files independently.
Website visits, orders and support
Hosting and checkout providers may process IP addresses, browser information, page requests, timestamps, cookies and security logs. SKUHarbor’s site code includes no analytics service, advertising pixel, marketing signup or cookie-based tracking. This does not mean the hosting or checkout infrastructure is cookie-free. When you follow the checkout link, Lemon Squeezy’s privacy and cookie practices apply.
Order and support information may include your name, email, billing or tax details, order reference, purchased product, payment status and messages. Payment details are entered on Lemon Squeezy’s checkout, rather than this website. Do not email card numbers or passwords to SKUHarbor. Information available in the provider’s order records is used for order administration and support.
Purposes and sharing
We use personal information to fulfill purchases, assist with downloads, respond to questions, process refunds, prevent fraud, maintain records and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, the basis is performing the purchase agreement, legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, or consent for optional activities. Necessary information may be handled by checkout, hosting and email providers, professional advisers, authorities when required, or a successor to the business subject to applicable law. Provider processing may occur outside your country.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Purchasing does not sign you up for promotional emails. Any future optional marketing or analytics will require an updated notice and applicable choices before use.
Retention and security
We retain purchase and accounting records as needed to administer the purchase, meet applicable accounting and legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Support messages are retained as needed to address requests and related follow-up or disputes. Hosting and checkout providers control retention of their own technical and transaction records under their policies. Local project files remain under your control. Contact us about retention or deletion of information we hold.
We use reasonable safeguards for information we handle; no system can guarantee complete security. Avoid sending unnecessary confidential or sensitive information in support requests.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or complain to the relevant authority. Email support@skuharbor.biz. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required by law. We respond under the deadlines and procedures that apply to your request. Provider records may also require a request directly to that provider. Use your browser settings to control cookies; restricting checkout cookies may affect checkout.
Children and changes
The product is intended for adults planning business activities. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied information. We will revise this notice as practices change and provide any notices or obtain consent required by law.
